Read more about them below!

Martin has won multiple awards for the patented horseback BUA saddle designed by him, now sold in 15 countries worldwide. But it hasn't been easy! Martin will share the good and the bad of what he learned about product design, the importance of the customer need and rapid prototype validation.

Justin will visit Last Tuesday from Waterford and talk about what he learned from starting his business Tucr (the name comes from "tucking things away". He has only been trading for a year, so all is in very fresh memory! He will share about why he became and entrepreneur, lessons learned when starting out; from doing the first consumer research and getting on the wrong track because of it, finding the balance between users and actual paying customers.

In 2015 Tucr was a Web Summit Alpha Startup & New Frontiers (Phase 2) programme participants. Most recently they were mentioned in the Sunday Business Post as a top 100 start-up and were selected by Enterprise Ireland for Investment through the FinTech Competitive Start Fund.

Ciara was working as a researcher and physiotherapist and could see the impact that signalling treatments had on people with Parkinson’s, however they had to be individually prescribed daily and were only available in an in-clinic setting. So she decided to do something about it and became an entrepreneur. Beats Medical now have users in over 40 countries worldwide and are developing treatments for other neurological conditions. At this Last Tuesday Ciara will share why "Just go for it" and "Keep your end user at the centre of everything you do", are her top tips for starting entrepreneurs.
