Silviu Preoteasa is a growth hacker and competitive intelligence expert in charge of marketing technology in Hostelworld. Until 2013, Silviu served as Online Business Manager for Dell and was responsible for revenue, margin and conversion optimization in EMEA. Marketing Technology is an enabler for all other marketing functions (Brand, Acquisition, CRM and Insights). We define and operate the hardware and software architecture used for data ingestion and modeling from multiple sources (web analytics, advertising providers, social media channels and other 3rd party sources).
