Paschal has a background in travel technology startups: as first software developer in Gradient Solutions, sold to Sabre in 2000; and as co-founder of Mobile Travel Technologies, sold to Travelport in 2015. Paschal has focused on online/mobile sales and service for airlines (e.g. easyJet, Singapore Airlines, KLM), hotels (e.g. Radisson, Hilton), and travel agencies (e.g. BCD Travel, Thomas Cook). Over the last 18 years Paschal has worked in a variety of functions including technology, consulting, sales, corporate strategy.
